“I first came to Graham when I was at a low point in my life. My self esteem and confidence was at an all time low and I was feeling very negative about my life. During our sessions Graham explained to me about how our brains work and how knowing this we can change negative and damaging thought patterns and take control of our lives. We also learn positive reinforcements whilst gently relaxing. Three months on and I am feeling really positive about life. I now have the confidence to go out and make the changes to help me move forwards and get the life I want. I have learnt to control my mind and not let it control me!”
